I and my fiancée just visited this place and for the first time we dived. We usually take on and that was good. our experience, however, was one that I would like to forget. we decided to sit on the bar, because we wanted a quick bite. my fiancée ordered a beer, but when he began to drink it, he didn't like it. it tasted “out” and he had this particular beer before (not with this plucker though.) we asked our waitress if he can change beer. the waitress said she had to come to the permission with her manager. they would think something as simple as a glass beer would not be as complicated. but they made it exactly the opposite. the manager refused to help and insisted that we had to pay for the glass beer that my engaged barely 2 sips. I work in customer service, trust that I understand the command chain, but as our situation has been addressed, was simply “bad management”. we saw how the waitress tried to understand with the manager, but their attitude remained unchanged. After we realized that they would not help us, we decided to cut our visit short, go and take our food. we couldn't stand there for a minute and put on with such bad customer service. do not understand me wrong, we have money and pay for what we have ordered. I didn't ask for a handout, just one solution. but the manager refused and completely open, let her waitress dry. only the reason why I give them 2 stars is because the waitress tried to solve the situation, otherwise we will not return. train their manager on how to get simple problem solution. the service manager was small and incapable.
I was so disappointed! I get used to the pluckers in houston, tx. was happy to see one in br, la. I just ordered fried cheese and fried picking before I was on the road. was so salty after spending $20 to end with 3 pieces fried pickel and 4 cheese sticks that were smashed together and smashed. the food didn't look attractive.
There with a party of 15 and was said we had to sit on two different parts of the restaurant with two different waiters. in which world does that make sense? the place was also dead there, so there was no excuse for being too busy and not having enough tables. they called buffalo wild wings on the road and they said there were no problems sitting a party of 15. we often asked the hostes if something could be worked out, but they could take care of less. lost on much money as we order many drinks, apps, meals and desserts. oh good.
I and my family were the first time and eating was great. we will be coming back soon
