Pizza Hut - Baton Rouge

The customer service at this restaurant is fast and friendly, but the menu items are a bit limited. I usually visit the location on Bluebonnet or the Domino's nearby, so it's not a big issue for me.

Five pizzas for an office together. worst experience ever! the pizza seemed to be old as if it was left from the day before. toppings were very minimal! I called to complain about it, said that there is nothing that could be done about the situation. Reported to companies. extremely rude staff. no customer service. I'll never support this business again! spend their money elsewhere. they were warned!

Pan crust not the same anymore! Used to be the best! They originated it! Need to train employer's how to do it like old times? Cause they truly don't know!

I called them to place an order, but they hung up on me after 5 minutes. Their behavior was very rude.

The pizza was tasty and looked very appetizing. However, the app incorrectly indicated that my order was ready when it was not even started yet. Due to the wasted time and money, I would prefer to order from a different place in the future.
