There was no way to enter my Panera reward number to redeem something and I had to manually add the visit. Only the salvation of grace is that the workers were nice to me and the soup was good. You're price-gouging for soda.
Coworkers who prepare to eat is so unsanitary because they have no hairnets to hang all long braid and only long hairs over eating. they use their hands with the gloves to then continue to prepare customer food. so nasty and no respect for customers. the brot is unsanitary because they don't wrap it, just throw it into the bag. unpacked. totally unacceptable. all brot with the meal should be cut with a knife neatly and wrapped in cellophane. please contact these unsanitarians. the health department should be notified.
I give this place 3 stars because it wasn't really clean, and I think the prices are for what it is. There were 2 of us and we had 1/2 sandwich cup soup comb each, it came over $30.00 for me personally, that's a bit high! The staff was very friendly and the food was good, but will not go back.
This is a decent Panera outlet and you can guarantee the standard Panera quality. Eating is done with care and they keep the delivery / pickup window time quietly good. The only thing I would warn is that they often change personnel, including management people. This often brings inexperienced employees and those who take shortcuts during packaging food. Thus, order accuracy and consistency is a hit a miss here. Check how to order each time you pick something for accuracy and completion, as you might find that the change you have requested is not there or your page has been skipped! Repeated complaints seem to fix this only for a few weeks, as next month is a completely new team and it is back on the same service. I hope they will be better because I am a regular customer and expect them better.
I ordered catering with 2 traveler (96 oz) coffee, a tea traveler, bagels and cream cheese for a training I was facilitating. I had the order set to be delivered from 7:15-7:30 because the training started at 8:00. When the delivery hadn?t arrived by 7:42, I called. The person said the deliver driver left 40 minutes ago and to call back if they still hadn?t arrived in 15 minutes. Then, when the order arrived at 7:55 am, there were no cups with the order, only lids. We couldn?t drink any of the coffee or tea. I called at 7:56 and asked for them to deliver cups and was told they couldn?t because they didn?t have a delivery person there anymore. I then asked for a refund. I was told they would refund the coffee and tea. When I received my invoice via email, nothing had been removed. I called at 6:30 am this morning and asked to speak with a a manager. The manager, Janice, said she could not do anything because she wasn?t there yesterday and that I would need to call back later this afternoon to speak to the GM who was there yesterday and could probably help me. I do not recommend using this location for catering. I still have not been refunded for the coffee and tea that we couldn?t drink.
