Mcdonald's - Baton Rouge

I can't understand why they offer ice or shakes on the menu when their machines are always out of order!

I went to get ice cream for my kids, but the girl at the drive-thru told me they didn’t have any ice. After I placed my order for a 10-piece chicken nugget meal, she asked me to wait. I could hear her laughing and chatting with others inside the restaurant while we waited, even though there were cars behind us. After about five minutes, I spoke up, and she abruptly told me that my order was completed and to pull forward. There was a car in front of us, but guess what? They had ice cream! I really wish I had taken a photo because when we finally got to the window, she denied it. I will definitely not be returning here. The staff, including the managers, were rude.

I stopped by for a quick snack after baseball practice. I noticed that one of the drive-thru lanes was open, but I was informed that they were out of ice. I was then asked to pull up behind the car in front of me while they received their delicious-looking vanilla ice cream. Seriously?

Slowly, illiterate, after repeating the order more than once of course the order was wrong. I would give negative stars if I could, but the one star I evaluate that we say is for the fact that the ice machine was not down, although the same cannot be said for the frapé machine. The Mcflurry I got was wrong. It's just something about how rude some people can be in general. I'm pretty sure it's the employee who expected to welcome you or even acknowledge hell not vice versa. Terrible service.

For some backstory I?ve lived in 4 states. I?ve been to a McDonald?s in a vast majority of every state in the US. I?ve even been to McDonald?s in other countries. The workers at this McDonald?s are the best Pro-choice argument I have ever heard and I?m a devout catholic. I was yelled at when asking the worker to repeat because I don?t speak Ebonics, every frappe is more like an iced coffee, they forget toppings, sauces, change. The list goes on. I would rather slam my privates into a car door if I was these workers parents because they truly have minimal skills. I mean that is indeed why they make minimum wage; nevertheless I still have to go here often to get food because I won?t drive 25 minutes for a box of chicken nuggets. These workers should think about their lives every day, because they truly don?t deserve to have them.
