Kfc - Baton Rouge

I spent some time waiting in the lobby when the staff informed us that we needed to go to the drive-thru due to being short-staffed. I turned to the person behind me and voiced my frustration, mentioning that this was not acceptable customer service. I felt that the staff member should have waited for us to be served instead of shutting down the lobby just because there was only one person behind me.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant. They somehow obtained my friend's card information in the drive-thru, and shortly after, they went on a shopping spree at Walmart and Wingstop, racking up hundreds of dollars. Rather than trying to trick people, they should concentrate on making an honest living! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as 1 out of 5.

I've lost faith in KFC in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. At 8 PM, they were completely out of chicken. While the young lady taking orders was very polite and professional, it doesn't matter when a chicken restaurant doesn't have any chicken available. They might as well remove the KFC name and just stick with Taco Bell, since that's all they had. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

They hadn't fried any chicken by 5 o'clock in the evening, so they ran out. I ended up having to order something entirely different.

This KFC is a unique location that also includes a Taco Bell. For me, the highlight is definitely the original crispy chicken!
