They never seem to understand how to process credit, rewards, or points, which is really frustrating. On the bright side, the food is excellent!

The restaurant is located in the parking lot of a hotel, but with the lobby closed, there's no way to access it for a meal. It's not surprising they hardly have any customers. I hope they close and are replaced by a better establishment.

I was really shocked by what I received for my money. If this is considered "big," I can only imagine how small the "super" option must be! My sub had only 1.5 slices of meat on one half, and the other half had barely a slice of roast beef. A coworker of mine tried this and brought it back to the office. If I had more time, I would go back and ask for a refund! This was my first experience, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great one. On the positive side, the bread was excellent, and the pickle was good too. Thank you for your attention, Dana Matthews.

Jimmy johns has a fast service. the service here is extremely bad and slow. it is also very expensive for a sandwich. the personal is not really friendly or customer service oriented.

7:45 pm. No dine in. Lady just signal drive thru. How can I go on a drive thru with an 18 wheeler. Staying next door at the Drury Inn. Losing business is easy.
