The Family - Bathurst

This restaurant offers a variety of pub-style food and features nightly specials. On Thursdays, no meal costs more than $13. The steaks are excellent, especially the Beef Parmigana. They are generous with doggie bags if you can't finish your meal. Families enjoy dining here and kids are welcome. The restaurant has a retro 1980's decor but is a friendly pub located near the train station.

The restaurant serves typical pub food with small portions. However, they do have delicious cocktails.

During our visit to Bathurst, we dined at this restaurant and enjoyed some cocktails. The rump steak was cooked to perfection and the cocktails were superb! The service was excellent and the staff made sure our family felt valued and welcome. I highly recommend this place!

Visiting Bathurst we dined at the Family hotel, top class surf and turf, perfectly cooked, wife had pork chop on rosti, mouth-watering,. Friendly staff, no wonder it's so popular. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place with such friendly and welcoming team that work here. We decided to order a few dishes as everything on the menu looked yum. The grazing platter had seafood on it that was fresher and more delicious than some fancy Sydney seafood restaurants by the water... blown away. I only gave 4 stars because the burger was over sauced making it hard to eat with way too many thick pickles. The balance of flavours was not there. The steak with prawns hubby smashed don't think he stopped for air.. loved it. Thank you guys overall a great lunch.
