The Packhorse - Bath

What an amazing place to visit, we entered the village from above and descended past the church and beautiful village. Parking is limited so get here early for lunch. The welcome was warm and the staff exceptional. The ever changing menu made it difficult to choose what we would like and the portions were very generous. The camembert was a lot for one and the Ham and rabbit terrine was beautiful. We shared that too. If you can get here I would highly recommend you do. Interesting building too

A most enjoyable visit to the Packhorse with family, lots of character atmosphere. Outside the garden areas were lovely views amazing. Food was very good to from a varied menu.

I visited the pub today to meet some family members and I was shocked out how amazing this pub was. The dining area had a lovely warm fire going and a very friendly atmosphere. We didn't have to wait long for our food to come out and both the starter and the main were delicious. I would say it's one of the best meals I have ever had in a pub. I would 100% recommend to anyone and I will definitely be making the hour long journey to visit again. Amazing!!

Great community run pub. Good selection of drinks, friendly and attentive staff, and beautiful garden. Didn't have a chance to try the cuisine but look forward to doing so on my next visit.
