Possible the worst McDonald’s I know. Never really had any issue with all other McDonald’s in the surrounding Bath and Bristol area, but this is my local one to my uni accommodation and it sucks! Everytime I go in, I end up waiting about 20-30mins, which is fine when you are busy but slightly unreasonable when all I have ordered is a drink. Ordered a Big Mac with my boyfriend for takeaway, we got it home and when we opened the box there was only one burger patty! I understand hospitality is very tough but to forget the main component of a meal is just a bit off. Ice cream rarely is ever working, the fizzy drinks syrups frequently run out and your drink is just still water until you ask for them to make it again (which will take another 15 minutes). If you order a wrap, there’s a chance that it will be wrapped extremely poorly, with holes and rips in the wrap itself. This place is just all round not great and would strongly advise using the m and s or Lidl next door and settling for nice snacks or oven chips and nuggets to get your moneys worth.

What a shocker!! There can’t be anyone managing this branch it was chaos. When someone finally asked for our order on the drive through we were then told to park up and wait 2 minutes for a Big Mac and fries (time was 12.04pm). Bearing in mind I had two kids in the car we waited 23 minutes in total. Have never seen a service as poor as this and when I asked the guy who bought out the food who the manager was his response was “I don’t know”!! Hold your heads in shame your an embarrassment and I would rather travel to longwell green in future….muppets!!

What could possibly go wrong with an order of a Sprite and 2 cheeseburgers with no queue in the drive-thru? A 30 plus minute wait. That’s what. How is this place even allowed to operate when their staff are so horrendously incompetent and clearly not managed at all?

The new Mighty McMuffin and the new Potato Waffles for breakfast are very delicious, absolutely good value, and the coffee is always hot and tasty. Fast service within 5-10 minutes, the staff are nice and friendly. I can say that the breakfast at Bath Weston lock is unbeatable. Giving 5 stars is trustworthy. I would recommend everyone for breakfast here.
