Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered my pizza and cheese bread and it took about 20 minutes to make. It was a delivery to my hotel room and it never came. I waited over an hour for a medium pizza and cheese bread and never got it. I do not recommend ordering pizza from this particular dominos.
If I had read these reviews i would have never ordered from this location. It took an hour and a half to get a pizza delivered that was made an hour before. I called the manager on duty that night. She told me to call Jennifer in the morning. The general manager did not assist me. She told me they have one driver at night and the online delivery times are incorrect. She didn't offer me a refund only a store credit which can only be used at her location. I had my ordered delivered to a hotel I don't live here but she said she couldn't issue a refund because it happened yesterday. I only did what her manager on duty told me to do and now she can do nothing. I asked for her managers name she said she didn't have one. She said she only had an owner and I couldn't have his number and she wouldn't call him. I ended up calling corporate. They can't help me because it's a franchise. Never order from them. Rude nasty attitude. She told me I could dispute with my bank. I'm not sure who made Jennifer manager but i would be embarrassed to have her on my team.
The most poorly managed Domino's on the planet! Food took longer than 1 hour, manager was very rude, forgot my drink, and chose to never deliver it after I reminded them. So rude!
The staff at this restaurant have poor attitudes and lack hospitality. I recommend going to Pizza Hut instead. I have never had a positive experience at this place.
Jennifer, the manager at Domino's Pizza in Batesville, Arkansas, needs to watch her language and attitude. She called my family member a derogatory term, and I will not tolerate such disrespectful behavior. She should be fired for speaking to customers in such a unprofessional manner. I also do not appreciate her lying about the language she used. I wish I knew who the owners of the restaurant are.
