Samphire Restaurant - Batemans Bay

Came here to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. The restaurant did not disappoint. For starters I had the local oysters in vinaigrette, my wife chose prawns in panko breadcrumbs with haloumi cheese. Both were fresh and perfect. For mains we chose the fish of the day - delicious, nothing more needs saying. We weren't expecting to have dessert but the food had been so good we had to keep on eating. My wife said her tiramisu was excellent. For me, I'd lost track of what I'd ordered but it had chocolate and nougat and passion fruit and coconut. In brief, it was heaven on a plate. Recommended highly.

Arriving late to Batemans Bay and the staff were so helpful ensuring we didnt miss out on dinner. The menu was varied and offered a great selection. Great meal, yummy dessert, all round excellent experience. Woild highly recemmend & will definitely return as the menu changes monthly.

We dined here again and always top shelf. Eden mussels and Split prawn gratin for entrees, fish of the day plus duck ragu, pesto, pasta and poached pear and nougat for dessert. It was so good that we had breakfast there in the morning.Mine host Gary is perfect.
