McDonald's - Batemans Bay

I recently visited McDonald's in Batemans Bay and was disappointed to find that they were not open 24 hours. On a recent walk home from the pub just before midnight, I tried to order food from their drive-thru but was told they were not serving. I also tried to order delivery through the Menulog app but they were always closed and unavailable. Last Thursday night at 9 o'clock, I attempted to place an order but they were not accepting orders. Even when I tried to order breakfast, they were not available. It's frustrating that there are limited options for food after 9 o'clock in the city and even the 24/7 McDonald's is not accessible. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and availability at McDonald's in Batemans Bay.

Mcdonalds batemans bay is supposed to be open 24/7. went there a few weeks back just past 12am on my walk home from pub and they are open but they won't serve you unless your in your car they told me USELESS! Mcdonalds batemans bay...is supposed to be available for delivery on menulog app but nope! always closed always unavailable to order wanted to order some last Thursday night about 9pm not available! tried to order breakfast just now! not available , not taking order USELESS! I wish they would put in a hungry jacks or something anything but this useless excuse for a resturant. after 9pm in this town there is literally nothing to eat or open and you can't even go into the 24/7 mcdonalds and buy a big mac! fml

Always closed. next opening is 16 apr. when it is open, they cannot get the order right. poorly cooked, cold, if obtained, incomplete amount and quality of the frits. caesar salat consists of only simple salat (no cos) and huhn. no cheese, no dressing, no speck.

I had a terrible dining experience at this restaurant. Although I rarely eat fast food, I decided to try their burger while out at the movies with my daughter. I politely asked for it to be made fresh, as it was late and the restaurant was not busy. However, after only two bites, I couldn't continue eating it. Even McDonald's has better quality than this place. The food was expensive and tasted terrible. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean it should be low quality. We need healthier and more affordable options in this area, not greasy, unhealthy food that tastes old and unappetizing.

The reviewer had enough time to write a review while waiting at the drive-thru for over 30 minutes (without placing an order yet). They have been to this restaurant a few times before and have been satisfied with the food and service, but find it convenient when they have a sleeping child in the car. Hopefully, the wait times will improve soon.
