Paw Paws Catfish House - Bastrop

Great place to lunch in the picturesque inner city of bastrop. we had the whirlwinds with twirling rings and one side of the Cole stole. were more than generous. the cat was excellent. the cole Slav was very good. they add something to that we liked. our waitress was friendly and service was fast. all in all a great stop!

I visited bastrop. the food was well prepared, and the staff was really nice to us. they noticed that it was our first visit, so they asked us several times if we needed something, or if that was good. the prices were also very reasonable.

Welsplatte w geenbeans instead of hushpuppies and everything was absolutely excellent and for $15. the staff was perfect and friendly. 1010 coming back

Wow! what a **** in bastrop! our first time when I get to this joint, and I admit that I love the secret feeling. the restaurant is small, picturesque, super clean and located in the inner city of bastrop. there are only so many tables, so be sure that they come early for lunch or dinner and are prepared for some ingenious food. the blackened catfish salat ordered and it was the best bc I ever had. we tasted each other food and the fried garnels were from the hook. the bark patty on the cheeseburger has an incredible taste. very recommend this place and the service was excellent!

Excellent catfish. I had the blackened plate and it was nicely seasoned, and the green beans and rice were excellent, too. Very friendly servers!
