Another man lived in Rydges next door, said he was in... there were a few times and every time false orders and took age
The macca's coffee was good eating was usually nothing to write home about typical generic food chain
This review is for MacDonald's restaurants throughout Australia. I visited many in Victoria, NSW and other states. What happened to MacDonald's experience. First, I get to the ride and wait with no body to ask me for my order....Only for a teenage girl 'unprofessional voice and sound say 'whade uu wawn' and at the end of each word, I say they interrupt saying 'iiz dat reet' And at the end of my finally completed order, they wouldn't ask me if I add my order to it that I am interested. Then she ordered me to say, "Go through." No, thanks. Then I approach the paying window and she's good there and thank you. Then I approach the second window to collect my order. Now a young girl tells me to go to the waiting bay and run away from the windows she wasn't there at the time. She was obviously multi-tasking. So I listen to the so-called 'Sausage Factory's and ask the girl to wait until I finish talking. I asked her why I should go to the waiting bay. I'm glad to be served next. She says I should go and couldn't explain why. For years, I have been fed with this KPI system or whatever it is that forces customers in queues immediately after payment. It feels as if they were only happy to be paid by us, then we move quickly to rot and wait elsewhere, where it cannot be safe for a decent family neither by traffic nor other less than hearty natural dogs. I was on my way to the waiting bay, as ordered! And to my surprise, I find there is no room for me, as there were already 2 cars in front of me. Remember that this was not in the peak time and on a no special Sunday, a regular Sunday in the late night at 9:20. Then my car blocks cars behind me anyway. To my admiration I have seen cars behind me get some of their order while cars are not hurt by me. How does this system work well I don't know. But we all had our drinks and became less and less tasty in the second, as they are a concentrate and not real coke drinks as you know. What strikes me is that I had a regular order. No special burgers or ingredients, no supplements or changes. And only 4 burgers and 4 small pommes. That was all. I finally got my order and I talked to the poor lady she delivered to me and asked her why I was sent to the queue and she couldn't answer and I was not convinced that I should not leave this situation uncontrollably. I was from her and the queue behind me. I drove away disappointingly and this is when my family opens the bag to find 2 cheeseburgers missing and we had 2 chicken and cheeseburgers instead. If that had happened to me while I was in the window, I would have solved that accordingly and with satisfaction. But I'm going home! I called Bass Hill MacDonald's restaurant and talked to the manager. She seemed worried, but I can't help, but think that these poor employees are under the pump and that it's an eile system in place that is so concentrated, the customer in the 2. To get rid of windows to the point where there is no place for courtesy or quality service as it was in the old days. Too bad that my children hear me complaining all night and see that I go through this ordeal and have this negative unhappy experience when used by MacDonald 's to be all about service, food and experience. We lost a great good part of this great country when we lost happy customer experience at MacDonald 's where we go to pamper and treat ourselves after a hard week or so. Is that Australia? It wasn't even like that. Bring it back because I didn't want to live elsewhere and struggled people before us to give us the freedom and happiness we once enjoyed. Don't kill this rush system. Shade on any socket like MacDonald 's or other that does this to their own loyal customers. Bass Hill, your recruitment from many of your employees needs attention, training, auditing and reviews. Those who do not like to work in customer service should stay at home and not subordinate to their ridiculous and kardash attitude.
It's a McDonald's, what do you expect? A Michelin? It resembles food and is moderately cheap...
Have been through the drive through many times and waited in the waiting bay only to have wrong order or something missing so still need to walk inside. Customer service is virtually zero so don't know who is training the staff.
