Hungry Jack's - BASS HILL

This restaurant may be small, but the service is truly exceptional.

I had a great time at this restaurant, even though I am vegan and my options were limited. It was disappointing that McDonald's does not offer any vegan options. However, I really enjoyed the burger here, despite not being a fan of the brown cheese.

I don't usually write reviews for fast food places, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience today. I placed an order through the app, but there was an error during processing after payment was made. Although the money was deducted from my account, the order did not go through. I spoke to the manager and explained the situation, and she was very understanding and immediately put through my order. She mentioned that the money would be refunded, but I am unsure if that will happen since "pending" payments are common for online purchases. Despite this issue, I don't expect a refund as I received what I ordered and was satisfied with it. The staff at the restaurant are great, and I have never had any problems here before. The app's error is not the fault of the staff, but Hungry Jack's should work on fixing the app as it has been buggy for a long time. I have experienced issues with it on multiple phones over the years, including lag and incorrect taps. I appreciate the staff and manager for their help and understanding.

The workers here at these hungry jackets are playing jokes about your food. Because I asked for my 5 cent refund, they were insulted and that's what my children had in their burger!
