Room ac's are not working properly during my stay shift to other room mid night.

Taken two half Biryani taste was good but cold .when i asked to check who seating in counter telling ho hi nahi sakta then checked with bare hand ..and telling us Micro kr deta hu..it was worst service....i hv ever seen...ram bharose hotel instead of grand alfa Service: 1 Location: 3
