Kfc - Basingstoke and Deane

Appalling. We were the only people at the drive thru at almost 10pm on Wedsday. When I asked what there was to drink besides Coke, several Cokes and other fizzy drinks were listed to me, which was quite annoying. The milkshake was mostly ice. The chicken was lukewarm although we had to wait quite a while for it, and the chips were stone cold and inedible. With three staff doing nothing in the kitchen, and all with their noses and mouths exposed (facemasks worn on their chin) it was not hygienic or covid safe either. Really disappointing. Over £10 for food we couldn't eat is atrocious. To put this right, KFC should at least reimburse me.

This was the first time we had take away sine the start of lockdown. Everywhere seemed busy as it was not only a Bank holiday but the last day of the Government's eat out to help out programme. This lead us to getting take away rather than eating out as there is less risk. We ordered then drove to cash kiosk to pay by contactless card, staff were wearing masks and gloves. Next on to get the food, again staff wore masks and gloves the bag of food was handed over on a try reducing the handling. The food was still nice and hot when we got home just under a 10 minute drive. There was no issue changing chips for sweet corn which something we always do. felt that we were respected and care was taken in the service. We would visit against as with all fast food places today was a good day who knows if it will be good next time!

Digusting service!! Ordered a Chicken salad box and got home there was no chicken! Big Daddy meal with very few chips plus almost had the bag thrown in my car window!! Staff are useless!! Wow never again!!

Chicken and fries and coke cola, delicious and heat and not expensive. This place is very sophisticated and clean and good.

Everytime I go here I am disappointed. they never pack the bag correctly, leaving out items that have been paid for, also never give the sauce that is meant to come with the boneless banquet! and when you ask for it you get a snooty response from them.rude staff, **** service!
