Lucky Star Food House - Basildon

Always used lucky star regular all year,xmas eve ordered usual 2145 said del 23.05to 2330ish by midnight said been delivered on just eat at 23.05 and not left at front door.Never again using just eat and lucky star for a takeaway and looking for a full refund feom just eat.Great Xmas Eve went hungry!.

Even though we scheduled the order beforehand, it was over an hour late and was missing 2 dishes. food was dry and chips tasted like they had been fried 4 times

Order was not delivered within 3 hours rung over 60 times but no answer in the end drove to the shop 4 other customers in the shop with the same issue

Absolutely terrible…..waited 2 hours for food and then was showing as delivered! .£56 pounds for food that wasn’t delivered !!! Restaurant not answering phone!!!

Worst Chinese take away i have ever had!! 2 hours late called the restaurant 45 times no answer! After it finally turned up there was dishes missing and what did arrive was awful!! Now feeling sick wish I didn’t even bother! I want a refund but they don’t answer their phones. I will be calling again tomorrow !
