Harvester Honey Pot - Basildon

The Chicken Breast dish that my partner ordered was disappointing as it seemed to be a rubbery, processed piece of chicken. Despite the excellent service from the waitress, the manager was indifferent to our complaint and only removed the cost of the meal from our bill reluctantly. We will not be dining at this restaurant again.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely helpful and friendly. Our waiter, Richard, provided excellent service and was very attentive to our needs. The food was tasty with generous portions, and the atmosphere was lovely.

Simple and affordable without any extra frills, the food was decent and a good value. While the staff seemed stretched thin, they managed to provide good service. I plan on coming back in the future, and hopefully they will have more employees to help with taking orders.

The variety of salad items is reduced and , because of the lockdown rules we are unable to serve ourselves as we might wish. The waiting staff are as helpful as they can be.

We were seated on time. The staff were friendly snd very accomodating.
