Taste Me - Basel

Nice small take-away. They have a small bench outside so its possible to eat there as well. The owner/cook is a nice Srilankan gentleman. The food choices is limited but ok for the size. The food has a strong Srilankan/South Indian flavour which I liked. The prices are modest too. Overall a good budget friendly lunch/dinner.

1 star is generous, this was a terrible experience! Save yourself the time and try somewhere else. 1. Instead of a vegetarian curry, they delivered chicken. 2. Bought a ginger beer, never came. 3. Bought a vegetarian paratha, never came. 4. Called and asked for a new delivery, there response was „call Uber“... great service by not doing anything at all, but run a sham of a business 5. The chicken curry that did come, was served in a sealed plastic container, felt like I was on a plane. Did you cook it or microwave it? Dont bother answering, just do better. 6. Ultimately, we‘re out of pocket 60chf for no food, wrong food, and airplane food. 1/4. Work it out
