Soup bar had about 5 out of 10 options labeled vegan on the day I visited. Typical WF Salad Bar with an enormous amount of choices to design your own meal. It wasn't the largest WF I've ever been to, but they had everything I was looking for more.
This store is on the smaller side for a typical whole food, but they manage to pack a lot in the small room. They do not produce section in any way. Everything is fresh with many local Colorado options. You have a decent large bulk material section. The salad bar at the current price of $9.99/lb is the highest price I have seen in a whole meal, but not much. It fits quickly, so be careful! They also have a hot food bar, a sandwich counter and a prepared food counter. I enjoy the brand they wear as everything under this label (365 brand) is affordable and good. Large seating area in the indoor and outdoor areas for dining with many spices and a microwave.
It is certainly good to have a large grocery store in this area that offers a good selection of health-oriented products, including some organic, local and vegan options. However, customers should not be deceived to think that everything is sold here is healthy, organic, or even whole food. There are many processed garbage to find here. It is a commercial supermarket chain here to bank off people ready to pay a premium to buy in a premium environment. I applauded them, but for providing vegan pizzas, fresh juices, a good gluten-free selection, and other good things that are hard to find elsewhere. Staff here were friendly and helpful, and parking is sufficient.

This restaurant is smaller than your typical Whole Foods, but they make great use of the space they have. The produce section is well-stocked with fresh options from Colorado. The store also offers a decent bulk food section. The salad bar is a bit pricey at $9.99 per pound, but still comparable to other Whole Foods locations. They have a hot food bar, sandwich counter, and prepared foods counter. I especially like the affordable and high-quality store brand, 365. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with condiments and a microwave available for use.
