Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I usually don’t voice complaints, especially during the COVID pandemic. However, today my food was served cold. While I typically wouldn’t complain about that, the dish contained something that triggered my allergies, leading to a cough. I had tested negative for COVID just the day before. My cough is solely due to sinus and allergy issues. Instead of being concerned for my well-being, the waitress seemed more focused on her own feelings. I tried to explain my situation to her, but she was visibly upset. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable in a restaurant before.
