Wendy's - Bartlett

Skip if possible. The appeal of fast food is so it’s FAST. But, this location always takes forever to get food. The last time I was in there, they said they were going to “stop taking orders” with a line full of people. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back. This time in the drive through line, we took our order and there was a line of 3 cars in front of us just waiting for food. We decided to cut out losses after 10 mins and left without food. Lesson learned.

Terrible service, playing in there phones. Gave half of our order to the car in front of us.Rude look when my wife asked for a receipt. Terrible management..

I had four Separate orders the manager was on the register. He He promptly took the orders, helped with suggestions, was extremely Courteous. As for the Atmosphere, this hwy 64 store has just been remodel, and it was super neat and clean. The soda machine Dispensed perfectly formulated soda. The whole experience was fantastic. A definite recommend for returning.

Ordered 2 singles at drive through only to find one was a chicken sandwich with a bite out of it. Ridiculous!Food: 5/5

Even though my burger was wrong the woman was doing her best to run front counter today and put items in bags. She was learning and had a great attitude.Food: 3/5
