Sonic Drive-in - Bartlett

My hot dog was good but not hot. Tater tots were good. I had to repeat my order so many times I was ready to go someplace else. Order taker could not understand me nor I her. She doesn't know if the tea was fresh brewed or fountain. I ordered a large unsweet iced tea the largest size. I asked for four lemons because the cup is so large. It's about 1 lemon wedge per 8oz glass. I was charged over $5.00 for the tea and lemon. 60 cents a lemon slice. No one told me they charged that much. No ones ever charged my for lemon before. I'M NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

My family and I had ordered from the app. and almost EVERYTHING was wrong. Our set time was 6:00pm 15 minutes after we ordered. At 6:01 the screen told us the car hop was on her way out. At 6:08 we pressed the red button. It took nearly 2 minutes to answer the call button. We received our order at 6:14. The fries and tater tots were NOT cooked fully. One burger the added onions when I didn't want them and there was no ketchup when I ordered it. There was no cheese on one of our chicken sandwiches. They forgot all the sauces we ordered. They also forgot mayo on another burger. This was my first Sonic experience and I was not impressed.

Disappointing today. Got there and saw the offer for half-price drinks when ordering via the app, so I downloaded it. It then refused to add (valid) cards, so I couldn't use it. So I pushed the button to ask about it and was told to wait. After waiting a long period of time, somebody finally responded, only to then tell me no carbonated drinks were available. At this point I just gave up and left. Very poor.

I love the safety and comfort of the old school drive and order them from the car. I think others will also be in this crazy time. eating was all a step over regular journey through eating and big creative shakes. the server was very helpful and friendly when I ordered.

This is a good Sonic location. eating comes hot and fresh and timely. the personal is also friendly. I love you can have breakfast all day. sonic is a great place if you want a great meal, a small snack or something in between. look at the daily specials and the appointment-specific offers.
