Mcdonald's - Bartlett

The older gentleman managing the early morning crew has left, and the new crew is a complete joke. Waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes before someone comes to the speaker is absurd. I'm sad he left because he had the place running like a top. This is the only place to grab breakfast at 3 or 4 am and I guess making tea and washing dishes is more important than assisting customers. I'm willing to change my review if the current trend stops.

The manager at 9440 highway 64 ,Lakeland is very rude, we got there with my daughter,she came to us and opened the cashier machine, left the place without a word to ask someone to help us but both disappeared without a word. A young girl who was mopping tried to help us but couldn't because the manager left the cashier machine drawer open, she really wanted to help but her hands were tight. We have to go to drive through to get what we wanted. A manager like this doesn't have to work at stores like McDonald's in Lakeland.... very disappointed Her name is something like Teranda or tarunda Shame on u dear, Lakeland doesn't want u with that attitude.

Stoped in for lunch on a Sunday. The sign on the door said open 24 hours. Only one drive through lane was open and the lobby was closed. They were clearly not well staffed enough to to operate at full capacity. Get your stuff together McDonald's. Pay your employees a fair wage and maybe you would be able to find some.

Ordered from the app, was in my parking spot at 6:45. The drive thru was full (both lanes open). 7:03ish the app alerted that it was finished, I 'm assuming that happens when my order should be on it 's way to the car. My food wasn 't delivered to me until after 7:35. I walked up to the drive thru window at 7:30 and inquired as to the whereabouts of my order and a person who I only heard said it 's coming, can 't you see the drive thru is busy (rude). It was busy but not almost an hour busy.

This is twice I came here and both times they made the same excuse saying were only two people in the building and only doing chicken nuggets. While there was no line or any traffic at all
