Longhorn Steakhouse - Bartlett

My parents and I came in last night after a long day of travel. We were promptly greeted by the hostess, who bussed a table for us, and sat us within 5 minutes of arriving with no reservation. Within 30 seconds our waitress was at our table, she welcomed us, and got our drinks started. Meanwhile another waiter swung by and introduced himself as someone else who can help us. My dad remarked, “Wow! Both of them greeted us with warm smiles.” We are descendants of Texas Cattle Ranchers, and were amazed with the quality of the food. It was flavorful and filling. My mom commented that even though they brought back the steak sauce, they didn’t need it. I know nice reviews are few and far between, so I wanted to take a moment to share our appreciation for the hospitality of this location on a long travel day.

The salmon was good. the service was ok. the carpet needs to be cleaned. smells like old milk.

My waitress was not paying attention, we told her we wanted to make a to go order upon leaving she brung my to go order out before we got our meal, we was dining in and decided to take my daughter something on the way out, my bread was cold ,wouldn't even melt the soft spread butter that came with the bread. We reminded her that it was to go, our waitress went and retrieved a to go container and told my son to put the to go order in a very small dessert box, I asked her was that the only box they had and she told me yes. Which indicated to me that she wanted me to ball all that food up and try to stuff it in the small box she gave us. The manager, who was an African man with dreads, heard the conversation come to assist us with great customer service, apologized, and made it right he stayed professional at all times .Thanks to him, everything turned out alright. When you visit, take a jacket it was so cold, we couldn't relax to enjoy.

This was the best steak dinner i have had in a long time!
