Little Caesars Pizza - Bartlett

Order a Hot&Ready... Time said 20 minutes.When I got there, had issues with order.Got home ready to enjoy, and NOPEThe Pizza was not hot, and looked like it sat there for hours! Will NEVER go back to this ?? aging!

Very Slow!I ordered online with a 30 minute wait. I knew I should wait for the email ready notification and tried to do that but after an hour I ended up calling to check on my order. I was told it was ready and after the call I received the email.When I arrived, my order was not ready and I had to wait 13-15min for the last item.This is a similar experience to the last time I used this location in spring of '22.I recommend spending a little more money and ho to another company.

The pizza was decent for the price, and the lady working there was very friendly. I was a bit disappointed that more selections weren't available, which was likely more of a timing issue on my part. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

Shout out to Debbie!!! This place really has improved for me since I started seeing her work here. I wish everyone had her positive vibes in their restaurant because it would be a much better place.

When I returned at 2:15 PM to pick up the order, the lady told me that I had originally said 3:00 PM. Because of this mistake, 30 seniors were left waiting for their pizzas. The staff member became very rude and offered to refund my money. However, I was left scrambling to find eight pizzas for a group of hungry elderly people. I made it clear that I would wait but wouldn't be returning to the restaurant. She said that was fine. To the owner of this restaurant: you're losing a customer. I typically place an order for our residents once a month, but based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere as advised by your staff. To make matters worse, when I received my order, one of the Crazy Breads was still half-frozen and one of the pizzas was cold and doughy. The staff member was courteous at first, but her attitude changed dramatically when I pointed out the mistake. Other customers even commented on her being scatterbrained. It's disappointing because I used to receive great service here.
