Contribuiți la feedbackWho doesn't love the breakfast for lunch?! I was sad they didn't have any truth. however they offer sharp chicken sausage left. they were delicious. I love her pancakes too. the eggs were disgusting. very runny on the inside. I pushed them aside and enjoyed the kartoffels. that was my first visit in two years. it was fun and cozy. the limonade is still great!
Great food, outstanding pancakes and service. Isabel was very friendly and a great server to boot. Can't wait to come back. PS: try the Louisiana Gold Hotsauce they carry.
Music good. Ambiance good. Food…well… We were staying in a nearby hotel and went across the parking lot to order takeout. It was a couple hours before closing on Xmas Eve, so we knew we’d be waiting, which was fine. A very grouchy hostess lady told us to wait for the to-go order waitress to take our order. We figured the grouchiness was not wanting to work on a holiday, which is not great, but fine. We just wanted our food. So we ordered and waited. Two checkout staff assisted us in finally get our order about 10 minutes later than promised. But it’s Xmas Eve, so we understood. We took the food back to our hotel. We’d gotten biscuits and gravy and some pancakes and breakfast meats. When we got to the hotel though, there was no gravy. I went back and the checkout lady who helped me earlier was quick to get it. (She didn’t even need the receipt as she remembered me). Then I got back to the hotel to eat. Again. The biscuits and gravy were fine, nothing special, but about what we expected. The pancakes, though, were horrible, very dark on one side and tasted burned. Honestly, hotel waffles would have been better. The bacon was the opposite of the pancake, limp and underdone. We tried to eat it anyway, but it was strong tasting, like it was cooked about a week ago and reheated today. The sausage was hard but sort of edible. My wife ended up eating the biscuits and gravy and I ate leftover Chinese takeout from last night. We threw the rest of breakfast away. We were looking forward to eating here again on our trip, but now we have decided to just get Chinese take out and eat that for breakfast instead. (Seriously, go to Red Pepper down the road in the Park and Shop. Get the General Tsos. It’s out of this world
Back in early June I enjoyed the smokey glazed chicken tenders up in Wisconsin Cracker barrel store. Visited the Naperville store this afternoon, anticipating the juicy glazed treat again. When meal was served just regular tenders with several drops of glaze. When I asked for a additional glaze, I was informed that they had run out and management was getting more from another store. Had I known I would receive crispy chicken tenders, I would had ordered something else. UPDATED review. This item has now been added to regular menu(YAY) and when ordering them this past week, oh my, they were glazed and oh so delicious!!!
I complained about this already and was told someone would get back to me--it's been a week, and no one has. That's pretty much the theme here. I ordered dinner and a holiday meal. I put in the order for the dinner 90 minutes before our meal pickup time. When we arrived at the restaurant, after waiting fifteen minutes for them to find our order, we were told they were out and did we want to substitute. I understand there's a pandemic and supply issues, but no one attempted to call me and explain the situation ahead of time. That part is completely unacceptable. They did not begin to cook our order until we got there, and still missed items from our order. We waited nearly 30 minutes past our pick up time. It was the single worst experience I've had at a restaurant and I won't be returning to this one. After the difficulty in getting our dinner, we then had to wait more than thirty minutes to receive our holiday meal. It was complete chaos. The staff was doing their best but management was completely absent. Just pass on this location until they figure out what they're doing. They're very bad at communicating issues and delays. The front area staff were kind and apologetic but this was all very preventable with some communication, and that's frustrating.
