Hello! we stayed several times in their hotel as we have a family in batavia. I just wanted you to know how much we love your hotel. the rooms are always immaculate. that's so important. but above all, we love her personal, always polite. I would particularly like to point out chef ej. he always makes our stay unforgettable. not only eating is always delicious, hot and plentiful, but he always makes personal extra for us. Today my man and I sat in the lobby and he brought us warm, simply baked cookies to enjoy as we relaxed. I never had a special treatment from a hotel. he really adds something special that makes us come back. we were here for the a family wedding and recommended their hotel for our experiences here. kudos an ej for our stay, and all our guests, a wonderful experience

Fantastic building, probably the largest hotel I've ever stayed in! Brilliant staff, very helpful and polite.

Great stay here after being stranded in the winter storm. the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous and went out of the way to be helpful. room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. I slept so quietly through the breakfast, but from everything I saw it was better than average. definitely enjoyed the stay and will be here again if in the opposite.

We partnered with this hotel for a room block as we were getting married at Acquaviva in Maple Park. We ultimately chose this hotel because they offered shuttles to and from the venue if a certain amount of rooms were blocked. However, they never communicated to me when the discount code cut off date was. I had guests trying to book a few weeks before the wedding at higher rates. When I contacted the hotel, the customer service I received was not accommodating. Overall my guests seemed to enjoy their stay. However there isn’t a hotel bar which is something to consider as well.

The staff and owners of this hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating during our family visit. We had friends and family gathering for a celebration, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. They were very polite and the owner, Max, even helped my son find his lost play equipment. The hotel was clean and we have stayed at various locations of this hotel before and will definitely continue to do so in the future.
