Bibs Boots Yum - Bartlett

This restaurant offers the best selection of buffet, burgers, with great prices and excellent service!

Located in Bartlett, Nebraska, this local cafe seemed to lack any concept of social distancing or mask-wearing. After exploring the Herb Mignery bronze sculpture garden, we decided to try out the Bibs Boots Cafe based on Bob's recommendation. My husband was lucky to grab one of the last orders of the Friday rib special, priced at $9, which included 8 bbq rib bones, scalloped potatoes, peas, and bread. I opted for a humble $3 hamburger, served with pickles and potato chips. The hand-pattied burgers were grilled to perfection by the cafe's owner, who also served as the cook, visible from the cozy dining area. The service was efficient, with our server knowing regulars by name and keeping our water glasses full. Despite the lack of social distancing, the cafe had a welcoming small-town charm that made us feel right at home.

The food at this restaurant is amazing, and the chefs are incredibly talented.
