Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Bartlesville

Sorry to see one of my favorite spots failing. I am a daily customer. We spend winters in Florida where we first started going daily. We were so exited to get one in Bartlesville. However, last week I received 4 un-drinkable smoothies. Mostly chunky but some have been made in correctly as well. Please fix our location!!! I need smoothies daily!

Would have loved to have a smoothie.... BUT.. they decided to close early. Open sign still on, but doors locked drive thru comes on and says to please come back during regular business hours... I'm sorry, but 10 minutes till 9:00 is supposed to BE during regular business hours since your posted hours say you close at 9:00! Thanks for nothing.

Ordered through Uber eats. The smoothie was way too sweet, but the wrap was actually pretty good. It spurred a meal idea for home, off to buy a panini press! Wouldn 't spend $26 again on this unless I didn 't have another alternative. The website lists vegetarian as pescatarian, buyer beware, and they don 't list a breakdown of ingredients for the breads/wraps/flatbread, fyi. The lady who answered the phone when I called to verify my order seemed like your standard 20 something year old fast food worker, but they got the order correct! 4/5 due to the actual food not being too impressive relative to price, moderate customer service, and lack of disclosure of information/ lack of general food product linguistic knowledge. Very good job. Update: I lied, I have spent a lot more money here, and they 're always consistent. Imma update this to 5 stars.

Clean and delicious smoothies. Their chicken pesto sandwich was really good. The ladies working there were very friendly.

I was recently in bartlesville and went by to grab a hummus veggie wrap cause I don't eat meat and ended up on my way home out of town to find out I got something with chicken in it. It's sad that a person can order, get it read back and Still get the wrong order and have to pay for their mistake.
