Taco Bell - Bartlesville

My only issue with this restaurant is its location. It's situated right on Highway 75 and next to a side road leading to a Walmart Supercenter, surrounded by a substantial residential community. The drive-thru is always busy, even at 2 AM! Inside, it might start off feeling empty, but suddenly every table gets filled in no time. As for the food, it's just okay at best, likely due to the overwhelming influx of customers at unpredictable moments.

Cheez-Its have no place at Taco Bell! The customer service was terrible!

The management here is truly the worst I've ever encountered. Many employees walk around with headphones in, and the managers seem to spend all day in the office without doing anything. I experienced this firsthand during the six unbearable days I worked there. Additionally, the hygiene and cleanliness standards were unacceptable. I would strongly advise against eating here.

Do not eat here. I placed an online pick up order but still waited 40 minutes after arriving and didn't receive my food. I finally asked for a refund. P S their soda machine is growing mold spores. I can only imagine how nasty the inside and lines are. This is unsanitary and could make customers sick and it is in the reach of children. There were at least 6 staff so they were not short staffed. The visible kitchen equipment is dirty as well. Gross

My Quesadilla was cold, undercooked and flavorless, the shreaded cheese just spilled out on my lap and was barley melted, there was also no jalapeño sauce which is one of my favorite parts. I could make a better one at home in the microwave.
