Sushi-one - Bartlesville

I usually enjoy this restaurant, but my recent visit was disappointing. The place appeared unclean, and the sushi roll I ordered lacked flavor. I also tried the sashimi, which was almost frozen. I used to really appreciate this place, so I hope it can return to its former quality.

I'm honestly puzzled by the positive reviews for this place. I'm visiting from out of state, so I'm not familiar with the local sushi standards, but this was the worst sushi I've ever experienced. The California rolls were surprisingly dry, and my salmon roll had barely any salmon; it seemed like they were being stingy with the main ingredient, opting instead for cheaper fillers like cucumber. I requested a simple snow crab roll without any lettuce or unusual additions, and what I received was mostly rice with just a small amount of snow crab. Overall, I was not impressed and I don't think I can trust Google reviews anymore—they're quite misleading.

This restaurant isn’t worth anyone's time. My family ended up feeling very sick afterward. The miso soup was terrible, and the sushi tasted like it would be better suited for a gas station.

This isn't a fancy or big place, but the food is phenomenal!! The steak is so tender. Everything is great! Don't miss this little gem, it's the best in Bartlesville!
