Medusa Grill - Bartlesville

Food and service have always been excellent! The only critique I have is that twice now no one answers the phone to take a call-in order! Since today is a bad weather day, are they closed? Or just not answering the phone? Frustrating.

I keep trying this place with family and friends. And they have yet to impress us. We thought it was they are new but time and time again it has been a fail. They literally ignore tables. Food is mediocre at best. Usually Cold food, or they bring every one 's plates separately to the table so we all eat at different times. You can hear the staff rudely talk about customers as they leave, so I can only imagine what they have said about me. We 've walked out with cash on table to pay cause they ignored us so badly. Music is usually Spanish or Elton John.

I was hesitant about eating here. I heard bad reviews via friends from my FB. We went and it was great! My son has fajitas, I had rice beans and pork tips, and my husband had Buffalo wings.The ranch was awesome! My son devoured the fajitas and loved them. Believe it or not the rice was my favorite! It wasn’t to greasy or dry. Fluffy and perfect! The service was also fast.My only complaint is it seems like a Mexican restraunt but there isn’t complimentary chips and salsa.I did request salsa and it was awesome! The salsa verde on my pork tips was the best! My husband ordered a mixed drink that came in a pineapple shell and it wasn’t to sweet or to strong. Perfect!I had a Miller light on tap and it was icy cold and delicious as hell.My husband said the wings he ordered were more than enough and he loved them. The price wasn’t horrible for the food and drinks. Cheaper than other places in Bartlesville. They also serve burgers and such. Anyways, the quality of food, price and service was awesome!

Stopped for a quick late night meal. It did not disappoint! The street tacos really hit the spot after a long day.

Decent food but also very expensive. About 15-17 dollars for a decently sized plate is food. Fajitas were definitely better as leftovers but overall a good bar and grill to visit in Bartlesville.
