Mother's day brunch! Karina was spectacular. She has great customer service skills. She filled our glasses as needed. She is a very hard worker who is good what she does. Thank you. Krina!

The staff was so superior, they could squeeze us in and the food was great. My only concern is that I left my debit card on the table and they were unable to find it when I later called to ask if it was switched on.

We loved the minions menu, the Gru Burger was great, although the Mac cheese on it did not add much taste. The guys loved the banana pudding pancakes

My husband I work nights so we stop in a couple of times a week in the early morning. Our usual server, Deborah, is wonderful however twice in the last 2 months we 've made the mistake of going in early Saturday morning, during what should be the bar rush. Both of these occasions Deborah was off, there was maybe 6 occupied tables (one of which was full of rude, loud, obnoxious, drunks). This past Saturday we had the extreme misfortune of having Xena as our server. As previously stated, they weren 't busy at all but once seated we didn 't see Xena for 20 minutes. When she finally returned for our order there was no apology for leaving us sit while she disappeared. When our food arrived she said she 'd be right back with my side salad....it didn 't happen. More than halfway through our meal my husband flagged her down, mentioned the salad drink refills. When she brought the 'salad ' it was nothing more than shredded lettuce that she 'd pulled from what they put on burgers a few onion slices. During my latec teens early 20 's I waited tables during bar rush in a large tourist town, the IHOP girls haven 't experienced a true busy shift yet with 6 tables 2 servers they can 't bother to check on their tables, refill drinks, or get an order right.
