Pizza Hut - Barstow

Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and bacon and extra cheese AND paid for it but got a basic pizza instead. Called to find out if they gave me the wrong pizza but was left on hold too long. They are slipping in their quality especially with the high prices. My one pizza was over 35$. I would not recommend this location. Little Ceasars would give the same quality for less.Updat. Owner says how can we improve? Make my pizza order to what I paid for. I shouldn't have to pay for 3 extra toppings and get none of what I paid for. Poor customer service.

The restaurant itself is mostly a convenience for those who don 't want to do take-out, so the atmosphere there is somewhat dismal. Food, however, is frequently great. My pet peeve: cheesy breadsticks aren 't really cheesy like a cheese-lover would think. They did make a slip-up on my carry-out order last time so manager gave me a freebie for it. (However, it was for a take-out order, which put me on the spot to buy more food to redeem my free offer because of the takeout minimum required, lol).

The outside needs updating, and the inside needs spruced up. It's in a bad spotEverytime I go to pickup a pizza there are no customers inside eating. Also, they do not deliver to where I live in Lenwood.Parking: Because of where the store is situated, trash blows around the parking lot and builds against the fence.Asphalt in parking lot is really rough..
