Pilot Travel Center - Barstow

This restaurant is quite nice. The service is efficient and prompt. The establishment is also very clean, including the restrooms. My only complaint is that they have the air conditioning cranked up to full blast, even though it's December and nighttime temperatures can drop as low as 38 degrees. I get that summers in Barstow can be extremely hot, but it's no longer summer.

I stopped by to get gas and had $110 in $10 bills. I wanted to ask the manager on duty to process it through the register, but he was very rude and seemed too lazy to take the cash. Instead, he insisted that I use some new machine that asks for personal information. I will never return here again; this place is a joke.

The parking lot is small, but it's a nice spot overall. The shower had hot water, the coffee was good, and the landscaped areas were well-maintained.

Ms. Pamela treated my friends and I with the utmost respect and made sure we were taken care of, even with her own issues going on in her life, she provided us with a cool place to charge our phones when we were stranded, fed us and made sure we were takencare of each day we sat in the subway and walked around the pilot/subway. Being 2 states and 14 hours from home was a shellshock, and while it was a hectic trip, I will never forget the kindness shown to my friends and I while we were there. Thank youso much for running a clean facility, and allowing people in hard situations to have a safe, cool, welcoming environment whilewe were away from our home.

It?s not good at all except one woman who works front desk showers are very dirty I don?t know why! I even take a pictures but i don?t want post because I?m worry people may scar to go! And I hope it?s get clear because I know pilot proclaimed they willdo more investment to their all locations see you soon pilot fly j
