I m came to hatel sagar view ....the hotel was very amazing....the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful..they made our stay enjoyable and comfortable...the roms were spacious, clean and well maintained..the beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.,the location was perfect..the hotel had great facilities and was very convenient...the brakefast was very delicious ,....the service was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive.,..thnq so much to all staff Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at hotel Sagar view that left much to be desired. The overall experience was subpar, earning it a zero-star rating. The rooms were far from clean, with noticeable hygiene issues. The staff's attitude was disappointing, lacking the courtesy and professionalism one expects. The food served was stale, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We stayed in this hotel 'Hotel Sagar View ' Barsar for our sister 's wedding and our experience was extremely Bad.The hospitality of the hotel is pathetic.Food was not available in time as per the decided menu. We were served the last night food of some other wedding in breakfast.Staff is not sufficient to meet the needs of the guests.Services are delayed. The manager and the owner are extremely rude, they do not behave well with the guests.Even after informing the manager four times to get the rooms ready before our arrival to the hotel , used Condoms were found in the rooms as soon as we checked in. When my sister dropped an honest review about the hotel, instead of apologising for the inconvenience caused to us, the owner called her 'Cheapest Person ' You may check on the review portal of the hotel). Such language was not expected to be used by the people of Hospitality Industry.The owner should aplogise with immediate effect.They are highly unprofessional and have no etiquette of Hospitality Industry.
