Casa Piemonte Ristorante, Pizzería E Vino Bar

This Italian place is in the middle of barrio escalante. Very nice decor. Service is good and attentive. I tried the salad as am appetizer but i wasn't impressed. And i ordered the Prosciutto pizza with arugula. That was delicious. I was asked if i want hot sauce and i haven't tried anything like that with a pizza before. Try it next time. Just a dab. The dough is thin and crispy and the ingredients are abundant and seem to be of very high quality. Trust me, i have seen salty Prosciutto and it is not good. Haven't tried any of their desserts but i do recommend this place for the pizza. They also do a small show if you order a pasta where they melt some parmesan in the parmesan roll in front of you and scrape it off and mix it and serve it. That most be good. I will try it next time. Recommend.

Excellent dining experience. Sangria was wonderful, food flavors were tastefully complex, and service was spectacular. The servers made us feel very welcome and taken care of. We ate outside on the patio and the vibe was really doing it for us. Will be returning here soon.

A beautiful restaurant in every aspect. From the beginning to end. The customer service by the Castro family was exceptional in every detail. We began with the Sangria which set the mood with the ambient music. the focaccia was crisp and was excellent. The famoes Chicken Carbonara prepped in a Parmesan wheel was creamy and delicious.

Great food, we had the Spaghetti Carbonara alla ruota and it was amazing, a whole experience. Jose was our waiter and he was very attentive and nice
