Excellent restaurant in a remote and quiet environment km outside of santiago. follow the signs to sol de mayo and they will not be lost as we. Excellent and creative dishes from the appetizers (salat, black macrele-Ceviche and queensadillas) by dessert (coconut...flan) also the main dish (drilled makrele and roasted vegetables in a maissauce) was amazing. we'll be back soon.

What an amazing random discovery! we found it on the way to the waterfall. on the surface, totally casual. in reality it is a lively exploration of the local cuisine with local ingredients. reminded me of alice early waters days of chez pannisse best part which we ever cooked from local cattle and then on wood flames as they observe. cremes chicciaronne soup was amazing quesadilla of blue mais tortillas w squash blossom wow! and omg the flan! the cheese crumbling on it was dusted w holzasche, which brought the aromen so amazing. coffee was better than any blue bottle in sf with the car reach limited hours only go we will be back

Ibrahim and renat are their chef and server in their highly creative and exciting new restaurant amalia (after a grandma named). regional food with local organic products and unique dressing are served with gusto! meals such as quesadillas with squash blossoms, lobster tacos, black ceviche, black...Bean salad, fresh organic beet salad, steak, grilled chicken or freshly caught fish. try the cottage cheese flan for a real tasty bite! if they live in the cabins in sol de mayo or camp in their eco park, they can book the breakfast in their restaurant Mon-Sat. We only had a couple of items, but both we great. The nopal salad with goat cheese was very tasty and well presented and the blue marlin fish of the day was even better. The mescal was also good with a great presentation. Amazing even...without considering the km of smooth, sandy road to get there.
