Topper's Pizza - Barrie

We stopped by a pizza place and ordered 10 pizzas. We only had to wait 20 minutes for our order, then brought the pizzas back to our hotel. The pizza was very good and delicious.

The food and service at this restaurant were both excellent. The prices were fair and we will definitely recommend this place when in the mood for pizza.

We waited for more than two hours for pizzas that never showed up. We were told when we placed the order that it would take 55 minutes and that they could deliver to our address. When we called to check on the status of our order, they claimed they tried to call and left a message saying they couldn't deliver our pizza (we never received any call or message). We decided to order from a different restaurant instead.

You make a mistake and it's your fault and then hang up, after cheese only half then it came without cheese. Maybe. I asked for a scary or difficult change of my order. The toppers told Ans... as a kid that the mistake was with my daughter when she ordered. I must say that work in customer service, hanging up is really not what you should do.

Been coming here for years, often order from work and take home. Or order for the office, always fresh, always consistent never disappointed. Thank you Toppers for great food and service.
