Tim Hortons - Barrie

I had a bad double double coffee today , it was not having the usual taste. It made me lose interest on double double which was my favourite daily go to cofee

Went into the store with my child due to him craving a donut and the shelves were empty. There were muffins and etc. So I had to go the another location. Its a shame cause this is my favorite tims in barrie and everything is always like 6/5 stars.After waiting for a few mins to ask someone I ended up leaving, sorry.

First, they can’t hear order on speaker/mic then on window they can’t see order from screen as how many and what we ordered, don’t even know, how to serve serving 4 teas without tray, don’t even made the how i take. No sugar no creams.

No doughnuts! Honestly, went their mid afternoon and they didn't have any doughnuts! No explanation given either. Pathetic.

It seems like most tim horten locations have forgotten what speed of service is.Today the drive through was lined up into the other parking lot, inside was lined up out the doors. Workers seem overwhelmed and flustered.Maybe this is a staffing issue?
