Tim Hortons - Barrie

I received my coffee order completely wrong—the size and roast were not what I asked for. When I pointed this out, the barista just showed me the receipt and insisted that it was what I had paid for, then dismissed me without offering to correct the mistake. I was already put off because I noticed him stopping to chat with a coworker, and I saw a staff member handling the biscuits without gloves. I definitely won’t be returning to this place, and I’ll be sharing my experience on all my social media accounts.

I can only give this place 3 stars because it seems like they're more focused on their drive-thru than on customers who walk in. There's a particular young man who gets so distracted by the young women at the drive-thru that he actually ignores me while I'm trying to place my order. He often gives me the total before I'm even finished ordering and continues to pay attention to the girls. Seriously, the drive-thru shouldn’t take priority—people without cars need service too. Honestly, there are only a few good employees here who are keeping this location from getting a lower rating.

The friendly staff and engaging conversations over coffee are always part of the experience here.

Worse service by employee name lachi. I got french vanilla, she gave me french vanilla which all over outside the cup when i asked for new cup she throw the cup at me.

I guess this is Timmy's idea of a large wedges. This is the way it was handed to us in the drive through. I hate to see what a small one would be.
