Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Not open when it's supposed to be. Edit: This happened again. Their website clearly states an opening time of 11:30. I arrived at 11:40, and it was closed. I called, and the girl on the phone said to hold on. After waiting, she told me they actually open at 12. This is really frustrating. I’ll be boycotting this place from now on—there are plenty of other burrito spots to choose from.

I arrived at 8:25 to place an order, but was informed that they close at 8:30 and I couldn’t order anything, despite their stated closing time being 9:30. I won’t be returning.

My first experience at this chain was disappointing. The person at the counter assumed our group was going to pay together without checking with us first. After serving us, she disappeared into the back without a word. I tried to get a lid for my leftover nachos, but it took a long time, and I had to call out several times. Just as we were about to go behind the counter to get it ourselves, she emerged with her earphones in. I probably won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered online curbside pick up order here which turned out to be horrible experience. First they did not prepared my order until I reached there, I had to call and remind them and after that they actually started to prepare it and after that they messed up my order and put all the things which I did not requested for. Which made that taste horrible. When I called them and asked to rectify their mistake they told me they just put it on side of my bowl and to remove it and eat it even though I don't like it. In addition to that the rice were not cooked properly they were very hard and dried out. And eventually I had to throw my whole order and eat something else. Had an most horrible experience here will never suggest anyone to order from this location

Burritos have gotten so expensive now, with the same approach of all rice and veggies and a TINY bit of meat. Need to step their game up as FB and Barburrito are offering more for less.
