Kenzo Ramen - Barrie

I have to be honest, I was a bit disappointed on my last visit. While the people are always friendly and the food tastes fantastic, the booth I was at was not cleaned to my liking. The washroom was also not very clean and the path to the washroom had some highchairs and, ironically, cleaning supplies, off to the side that could be a tripping hazzard for younger or older people/visually impaired. Perhaps my server was newer, but though I had mentioned that my companion could not have any spice, the dish we ordered was a bit spicy with visible red pepper flakes. We would have ordered something else if we were told. Again. The food was lovely, I will definitely go again. Hopefully the staff will pay attention to some critical details before next time. Absolutely fantastic food! Highly recommend the takoyaki appetizer as it's very delicious. Would really recommend making reservations as this restaurant is popular (because it's so delicious!
