Harvey's - Barrie

Did an online order for pickup. We waited in line at drive thru and made it to window five minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. It was not ready. We ended up having to wait 10 more minutes and the 2 cars ahead of us, who would have placed their order after us, were served first. When I asked about it they said they didn’t see our order until we reached the window. Fine,but all our food was cold, even the veggie burger which are only made upon an order. Harvey’s corp should check out this location and insist they correct their bad food service. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger but they serve it cold.

Worker doesn’t know the difference between a multigrain and a white bun. told me it was multigrain bun as he handed me my order and what did I get?? a white bun! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely horrible service refused to cook the burgers we wanted to order at 9:30 pm so what we did get was old and cold told them there app wasn’t working they said don’t care no forks for the Poutine the burgers we did get were all wrong never seen anything like this Mc Donald’s it is just across the street I guess that’s where the three other people behind us went when they walked out Service: Take out

Just to start I would be giving zero stars if I could let me start I want in on my lunch break to get food for me and my coworkers told them I tired the app and it didn’t work the want on to say don’t care not the right way to answer when you are talking to a customer moving on I started to order and every time I was told we are not making that once did ordered the food was nasty and cold never again will eat at any Harvey’s Food: 1
