East Side Mario's - Barrie

Food was good for the most part and the server was very friendly and attentive. However the wait times for meals etc were too long considering it wasnt even busy at that time

Friendly staff. Everyone was happy with their food. There were a few order issues but overall happy with the dining experience

Reservation made via open table not recognized by hostess my guests were told they did not take reservations but I received a confirmation that one was made and when I arrived I watched the hostess open it up on a tablet but made no comment on making my guests wait. Did not have table ready nor did I get the requested high to seating. Waitress was good but very busy and made a couple of small errors on bills but it worked out 2 bills for 8 people. Everyone enjoyed the food and had a good time. Staff needs to be trained on how open table works.

A couple changes since the last time I was at an East Side Mario's, one of which is that they don't bring out the big bowl of salad anymore, they use small individual bowls.. not a big deal and it makes sense for less waste, but definitely more running for the servers.Ordered a kids pizza, and 2 chicken parms, with garden salad and Caesar salads.Bread was good as usual, salads were bomb, probably the best we've had at an East Side, kids pizza was perfect, and the chicken parm and spaghetti were on point.Our server was amazing, sorry we didn't get your name, overall probably the best East Side experience we've had, and we've been to many. Great job!
