The restaurant was understaffed, with the employees moving at a slow pace. We waited at the counter as the only customers in line for nearly 5 minutes, despite there being only 2 orders on the board. The service was very monotone. We arrived at 9:37 and didn't receive our food until 9:57, which was not considered fast food. Additionally, I requested my eggs to be cooked over easy, but the yolk was solid.

We received excellent customer service at this restaurant. Varuna, the girl who assisted us, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive when we mentioned we were vegan. She even informed us about the possibility of dairy contamination in the cold brew, something I had never been told before. She provided a pleasant and welcoming customer experience. I would definitely return to this restaurant and recommend it to others. As for vegetarian options, my vegan friend enjoyed the beyond burger, which was an excellent choice. The fries were also tasty.

My husband and I visited this restaurant less than a month ago.The food was almost cold, my eggs were supposed to be Sunnyside up, and one was half raw, and the other was completely broken and over cooked.The bacon was a slither of rind, the only thing they got ok, was my dry toast.My husband's meal was just as bad, and so was the guest next to us.I did complain to head office, but never got a response.Sadly we will never eat at this A&W again. The food was awful, and just not an inviting atmosphere at all.
