Very poor customer service.I don't mind waiting but there was no communication at all between the cashier/server and the customers.People waiting for 15+ minutes just to get an order in when there was very few people in the store.People need to be trained better for the cash or you need to have atleast 2 People managing the front of the store.This has been the case for my last 3 visits.

First off person on drive thru did not understand English. Second of all we had to wait for the food after paying at the window which is fine, however the burgers were cold, the cheese not melted and the fries cold and stale. Why did I have to wait?

Purchased 5 combos $6.99, $9.99, $4.99 coupons and $11.08 which totals $33.05 before tax and for some reason my bill was $44 in the end

Dwight is the man, he's always very respectful and courteous. The onion rings are amazing, never soggy or overcooked. Can't judge atmosphere as I never sit inside.
