The employees meant well, but they talked soo fast that I literally could not understand one word the lady said. Consequently, my order was all messed up and it took forever to correct it.
Whoever is taking order and doing the cooking needs to quit if they have any respect for people they are serving. You are taking money from us and providing us cold food and I’m not even talk about the service. There were 7 cars waiting to order on both lanes and no one was taking the order. After waiting 10 mins I hear, “what’s your order”. I should have drove off by I got 2 hungry kids in the back. Both hamburgers and fries were cold. The owner of this establishment needs to hire new employees. Or maybe they don’t care either.
In general, my children do not ask me to stop at McDonald 's because they have the poorest customer service, and I can 't stand it. However, my daughter wanted a burger, and Sonic was really backed up due to being understaffed. She reluctantly asked me to stop because she knows how much I hate visiting McDonald 's, even when I 'm not spending my money. Well, this visit went as expected. We attempted to order in the drive-thru lane. We were greeted then told to hold, to which we politely obliged. I literally said, Yes, ma 'am. A car pulled up in the other lane immediately after she asked us to hold. Instead of telling them to hold, she took their order. She never returned to us, so we pulled up to the window. I told her what happened, and she said it wasn 't her and proceeded to tell us that we could order if we wanted to. Her attitude and tone was unprofessional, and she didn 't apologize. I still hate McDonald 's. This restaurant has yet to prove me wrong. McDonald 's needs to pay Chick-fil-A to help them shift their culture.
They literally forgot all of my food. I ordered a big mac meal and they gave me just the big mac sauce.
